Let Scottish Provident help you provide a safety net for your clients.
Five years ago, Scottish Provident conducted some consumer research through Ipsos MORI. 2,024 people aged 16+ were questioned about lifestyles, attitudes and behaviour.
In December 2008, we conducted the same research again* to see how views have changed and throughout the recent months we have been highlighting the key findings
to you.
As before, the issues covered a diverse set of topics. These included attitudes towards:
- Protection
- Standards of living
- Home ownership
- Savings and debt
- Leisure and holidays
- The welfare state
The results were a real eye-opener and proved, now more than ever, that we are a nation living on a High Wire. With the growing gap between the lifestyle that they enjoy and the protection they are prepared to buy, it seems that the High Wire Generation are continuing to set themselves up for a nasty fall.
The information here on this site is a round up of these key findings
and will help you to recognise these gaps, understand the attitudes of your existing and potential clients and ultimately provide sales tools and literature
to be used with your clients to ensure their protection needs are met.
Let Scottish Provident help you provide a safety net for your clients.
